When we took delivery of our car it was beyond our expectations. The actual signing process was completely painless and handled with the utmost professionalism. Brandon texted me about all the post purchase options in advance in order to make sure they were installed within days of the car arriving. The actual purchasing and delivery process was the smoothest I have ever experienced when purchasing a car. Once I had locked in my build Brandon provided constant updates on the status of my car all the way until it was delivered. My sales associate Brandon Washington walked me through the entire build process answering every question I had and providing me with information about certain options that I was not aware of from the building configurator. I recently ordered a Macan GTS from them and to say my expectations were exceeded would be an understatement. Every time I have been to the dealership I am greeted with a friendly smile and given the best customer service. Their customer service is absolutely unparalleled. I highly recommend the Porsche Bethesda dealership for the purchase of any car but especially a Porsche.
Quality over convenience for me to make the 35 minute drive. Overall, the experience was great and I plan to take my car there from now on than going to the dealership that's down the street for me.
The selection of merchandise is great there. I also decided to stop by Parts to buy a hot wheels like Porsche experience toy set that comes with multiple cars and a track.
It was waiting outside the service bay, washed and ready for me to sign/pay and get going. I was told it would take 1.5 to 2 hours to complete and then right before the 1.5 hr mark I was sent a message via text the my car was ready. Within 5 in minutes of getting there my car was being pulled into their shop to get worked on, while I decided to grab an espresso from their all in one coffee machine. I was then taken to my service rep (Phil) where he was ready to get things started and answer any questions I may have. I was greeted once I drove in to the service center and offered water, coffee, soda or a snack. Wish I knew, I would of gone to, Porsche of Bethesda from the start. I also found out that they took the car to a sister BMW dealership to get it done. The car would pull to the right, then after the VA dealer finished it would pull left. Previously had a wheel alignment done at a Porsche dealership in NOVA and they ended up making the drive even worse. Great shop with a fast welcoming greeting.
